Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams meat
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 bunch spider plant(sagaa/sageti)

Instructions
 

  • Boil your meat until all the water is finished.
  • Pour in some oil and let that fry for a bit.
  • Sprinkle in the rosemary.
  • Add the garlic and ginger and let it cook for two minutes.
  • In the mean time bring your Sagaa/ Saget (Spider plant) to boil for about 15 minutes then drain the excess water.
  • Add in the spices and let it fry for a bit longer.
  • Add the greens to the meat.
  • Finally add the celery and coriander as well as the cream and stir that up real good.
  • Let it cook for about two more minutes and voila!Serve with rice ,ugali ,chapati, naan…etc.

Notes

  • Remember to cook this under low heat so that it doesn’t burn.(If the meat is getting a bit to dry, add a bit more oil)

Hello! Glad to see you back hoping you are well today because I have an amazing, not common recipe that I’d love for you to try. Creamy fried meat is something I came up with when I was in the kitchen one day and I found out that I had no tomatoes or tomato paste and neither did I have onions or a substitute. So all I had were the ingredients am going to use today and I gotta tell you that its Scrumptious. Before we start, I attached a video at the bottom of the post for reference.

INGREDIENTS:
