Cinnamon is amongst my favorite spices. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties among others. Today I’m gonna show you how to make delicious cinnamon pancakes. It’s easy to make and this cinnamon pancakes recipe will produce thick, moist pancakes. I’ll be doing some on the normal pancakes soon. Ok let’s get started.

Here’s what we’ll need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking powder (I like my pancakes thick )
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder or more.
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter

In a large bowl sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder then add the sugar and salt.
Make a hole in the center and pour in the milk, melted butter, and egg then mix.
Add the water gradually and mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled pan and pour a scoop of your batter and let cook until brown on each side.
repeat the process until the batter is finished making sure you leave your pancakes long enough to cook in the middle.
Serve while hot with your beverage of choice.
0ne pancake is so filling, it’s almost unbelievable.
