Alive and well I hope? Welcome back! I have a lovely new recipe for you. Carrot, cabbage, and avocado salad are going to be on our menu today. As usual, my recipes are always easy to make so this won’t take up much of our time. I thought of this recipe cause I had a bit too much of everything. I’m talking about all the three main ingredients that our salad entails.

For the dressing :
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt

For the salad :
Finely chopped cabbage
1 thin sliced onion
Grated carrots
1 avocado

Step 1
Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, and salt together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 2:
Wash your cabbage with hot water and a bit of salt and let that sit for a few minutes. Drain the water from the cabbage and mix it With the carrots and onions.
Pour your salad dressing on top and mix well. Lastly add your avocados and Coriander, mix lightly to avoid squishing them.
You can chill this in the fridge for a while or serve immediately. Enjoy!
