BHAJIA RECIPE

I love to cook! It’s my hobby.
Some even say it’s my talent, as I have never actually dicovered my talent. I have this exquisite bhajia recipe I’d like you to try. As usual, majority of my recipes do not take up much of your time so I’m sure you’d be interested in this one

Here’s what we’ll need.
Ingredients:
2 cups Gram flour
1 large onion
Coriander
3 cloves of garlic
Celery
1 tap turmeric
A pinch of salt to taste
2 tsp ground black pepper
Water
Vegetable oil


Procedure :
Peel your potatoes and slice them to your desired shape and set aside.
chop onions, celery, coriander, garlic into very small sizes and add them to your gram flour as well as the turmeric, salt and black pepper and mix well.
Add the water to form a thick paste then add the potatoes into the mixture and let it sit while you heat your oil in a deep pan.
The oil should be very hot.
You can adjust the ingredients to your liking.
Once the oil is hot enough, dip them in the oil one at a time and let them fry until they are crispy.
Remove them and drain the excess oil on a paper towel and voila!
Repeat the process until all the potatoes are fried.
